Not getting as warm as predicted as the clouds rolled in, only in the 50's. Not warm enough to paint my raised bed boards. Good workout, didn't do the 30minute circuit. Thinking about doing that Tuesdays and Fridays with a few abs and one day just doing the weights/machines. That leaves 4 days for cardio.

Once a week weight training definitely has an impact on weight! I am living proof of that lol (before I started gaining weight a few months back heheh). It also works to progress strength-wise. It may not be the ideal (don't know whether it is or not) but it definitely works! :)

It has a very important bonus which is a very thorough Central Nervous System recovery, besides muscles and other "moving parts" lol.

The 30minute circuit is timed with step aerobics in between each machine. It is challenging and the trainer added some additional strength for arms and my ankles, and I add in a couple for abs. Just 50 minutes after work means I still have time to do things after work. I just think adding the extra day in with a 10-20 min cardio warm up and an hour- 1.5 hour of strictly strength might work out well.

That seems like a great circuit! As long as you feel up to it, and recovery times are respected, the more you exercise, the better :)
