Absolute FAIL yesterday (overindulgence in salty snacks including cheese and crackers). 1,000 cal over my daily goal. I see this (snacking) creeping up and for whatever reason (probably work stress) let go yesterday. Not looking forward to Friday weigh-in but will do my best to compensate today and tomorrow for yesterday. Thankful for this forum which helps keep me accountable and it doesn't need to be all good news.
