Fasting blood sugar 111/ weight 163.9
Plan IF/keto/exercise
Ate mixed nuts and mocha coffee at Bible study this morning. Lunch was egg and cheese sandwich. Shopping in afternoon: flowers, plants for the patio, and some groceries. Protein drink on the way home. Stopped to visit friends and ate some mixed nuts. Supper was leftover soup and salad with cheese in both. We extended our walk this evening, arm exercises while watching news. Too many calories today!
