Hosted a birthday party for my boyfriend. Had an amazing time and was perfect in every way. Until I saw pictures of me. Full length, unedited, no filter or cropping photos. Sad. Angry. Humiliating. Overwhelming.
How many times will I fall off the wagon and gain all my weight back? Why do I keep sabotaging myself?
