11:27 a.m. Sixth day of loss on home scale. My goal today is to get showered, dressed and to my clinic for my official weekly weigh-in. I am pretty sure I will have a loss this week. Some days it's just hard getting going in the morning. I have chicken prepped but don't have much in the way of fresh vegetables. I do have some frozen Normandy veggies and a small bit of romaine growing in water. While I'm out I usually check out the Costco Restore for bargains. Love a good deal but only packaged goods available like organic chicken broth, canned veggies and coffee. Also have found slacks for super cheap but really not a good fitting cordorary jean for $.99 but wear with belt around house for pockets, cleaning,etc. Before coming home I plan to visit my gym for a 30 minute ride. I am aiming for every other day this week as I get back into the habit now my gym has reopened for inside limited use.
