Fasting blood sugar 126 / weight 164.8
Plan: IF/keto/exercise.
I planted English peas and beets today, plus some Romaine. Then it rained this afternoon just when I needed it. I have lots of empty gallon water bottles to protect the lettuce with since we had to drink bottled water for two weeks. We are bound to have more frost. Usual frost free date is mid-March. Who knows what it will be this year -- maybe more snow and ice. I looked at my spinach in its pot on the front porch. I thought it was all killed, but I see a little green. Hooray! Am skipping breakfast -- doctor appointment this month. I need to lose 4 more pounds by then.
