Week four done and down 1lb. Being under 200 feels good but this is going slowly. The weekends are a challenge. My favourite beer, Tennent's Export Lager (500ml, 217 calories) doesn't help. I don't drink during the week. Looking at the calorie input/burned chart it seems I should be making more progress. I count everything. Hopefully when this winter blast ends, I will get more exercise. Shoveling snow and walking aren't cutting it.

I find the slower I lose, the longer it stays off. That being said, I *hate* when it comes off slowly. It's amazing how quickly the loss can disappear on the weekends. That's usually when we allow ourselves little extras, which add up quickly. You're doing great!

I love my Tennent’s as well, or Innis & Gunn, I have plenty of both in the fridge but haven’t had one in over 6 weeks, went to Michelob Ultra, it’s a nasty excuse for a beer but I’m not a one beer drinker. They come 6 pints to a pack for a reason!!!
