down 1.5 today. happy about that but i thought i would have lost a little more. i feel a lighter and smaller so i was expecting a few pound loss. my goal is 2 lb per week so 1.5 is almost on. oh well, it's still going down so i am glad about that! just gotta keep up the work and i will see more loss week after week!
