Plan: low carb eating to drop that quick 1 1/4 pound weight gain.
Eat up leftovers as fast as possible: cole slaw, green salad, sweet potatoes, fruit salad with Reddi wip for lunch. ate about 4 bite's of hubby's banana cake. Supper: cottage cheese, fruit salad, cheese stick, about 4 more bites of hubby's banana cake
Mocha for a snack.
