I am liking these resistance band workouts. I have 2 different types now: long loops, mini loops and some straight ones with handles. Since the gym is impossible for me right now. I have been doing 30 minute full body workouts most days and when it works into my day 1 mile walking videos.
Extra hours at work right now and though working from home hard to squeeze active minutes into my work day. I try for the mile to start my day..some days i simply don't get moving early enough.
