Wow you look amazing, keep it up. I am also on my 6 months mark: from 153 lbs to 134 lbs, waist from 33ā€ to 28ā€, from clothing size from large to small😲 Enjoying every part of it.

missamy108 🙂 I just count my daily calories approximately 1300 per day....I hardly exercise...this is something I need to do. 😉

Right on. Exercise is of course good, but losing weight really happens in the kitchen. Good for you.
