Last year at my yearly physical I was about 5# less than today. I am hoping to weigh less than last year at my annual weigh in on December 14 Plan:Low carb. Water. Enough veggies. Keep busy. Walk at least a little every day (even tough doctor doesn't recommend) Look for chair exercise on Youtube. Don't give up!!.

Hi Ruthe I'm doing the physical therapy excerises they gave me when I first got out of the hospital they are pretty easy if you have a rollater that would help for the legs better than a chair because it locks and the arm excerises you can do them sitting down in a chair or on a bed good luck your are doing great be blessed
