Think I had a ,7# drop today. I have been incorporating 30 minutes on recumbant stationary bike at the gym. Nosense Newsom has closed the gyms again. Due to back injury, other exercises are discouraged by my back doctor. Contact Governor of Ca. to reopen gyms. People were safe distancing and wearing masks. I am 75 and picked times with good parking and low attendance

Wow! Great drop!!! I find cardio helps me lose quicker too! Hopefully the closures won't last too long!
