A few nights away this week so have eaten some convenience foods, a couple of good (big) meals and a few treats in the name of wine 🍷. So I’m sure I’ve put some of those pounds back on that I lost last week, but I’m straight back on it today. In the past I would have slipped or been disappointed that I’ve failed but feel totally different this time. Let’s do this 😊

That's the spirit! Not a failure at all to wax and wane. The success is in keeping focus (I think!)

Yes I agree really feeling positive I can loss these extra unwanted pounds and get back to somewhere near last year’s fitness levels. This lockdown might make it a little more difficult but I’m just taking it as another challenge.
