It's noon and my fast continues. I did have black coffee this morning and some tea flavored water. At my official weekky weigh-in this morning I was .5# down from last Friday. I'll take it. I started weekly official weigh-ins two weeks ago with .5# each week. I plan to have a burnt ends salad in a bit. So far no stomach pain. Will see how it reacts to a salad with beef. Right now I am enjoying the park with it's lake, ducks geese and a child or two.
