I read back to my nov. 6th journal about buying a pair of too small jeans....well not even a month later they fit comfortably with room to spare!!!!!!Now that's incentive!I am soo glad I threw that last piece of pecan pie away and Thankful I didn't have a cheesecake.HAPPY SATURDAY!!!

Very nice! I love the feeling of those "pracical" accomplishments. One thing is to see numbers on the scale - another is to FEEL it!

Isn't it a wonderful feeling to slip on a pair of pants that you don't expect to fit and bam they fit :) It's better than any piece of cheesecake - well, almost :)
