I cut calories all week and gained really bad. I had more calories last week and stay the same. I gained as much as I did eating those two days for my bday. I counted my calories all week. I just don't know what to do . I guess go lower than 700 again because even less than 1000 isn't working. I just feel like giving up. it stresses me out so much when I count every calorie and still gain.
