Fasting blood sugar 135 this morning and 98 this evening at 9:46pm ; Morning weight 171.5 Macros are still higher than they should be, but glucose is doing fine. I would like to lose weight faster, but as long as the glucose is staying low, that is the most important. My short term weight goal is to lose down to 160 by Thanksgiving. If I can quit messing up on weekends I may be able to do that. The mini keto cheddar biscuits are helping with the bread craving; they are only a couple of bites! I do love fresh baked bread but am giving that up for the duration. Will try baking some Keto loaf bread after I reach my short goal. I'm collecting keto bread recipes!
