Fasting blood sugar 132; weight 171.3
Plan: Keto/IF/exercise
Puzzle: I drank a can of 0 carb, 0 sugar bubly sparkling water after church this evening and my bedtime glucose was 238. I will never understand why that sent my blood sugar so high. But I guess I will not drink bubly again!
