I started trying to lose weight 10+ years ago and I would stay on it a while then drop off and gain back what I had lost plus some more, up down etc. Until this past January when I weighed in at 220 and I finally quit violating the ELEVENTH COMMANDMENT which is "DO NOT SHIT THY SELF" QUIT LYING TO YOURSELF and as Yoda said there is no TRY only DO so this past January I started to DO a weight loss program.

I was quite ill for the first 3 months of the doing with a serious respiratory problem but that appears to be solved now so my energy is returning and I can do things (work on my farm) without running out of breath. AND I have lost 47 pounds which also makes it easier to move, walk climb stairs etc.

I am no spring chicken, will be 74 in a little over 60 days, and with the covid virus I have stayed "locked down" with my two sons and a couple of other folks that are relatives and we are going to be SAFE from this virus because a couple of us would die if we got it in spite of all the medicine in the world.

I am a retired advanced practice registered nurse so I KNOW what to do to lose weight safely and in a healthy manner and I am determined that it willl not take 12 strong men to carry my casket when I do die. LOL
