As of today, I am down 91lbs. I broke out of the 130s after a 3.5-month stall. I just reset my goal to 120 for the next 10 lbs but from right here and now, I only have 14lbs to go to my overall weight goal of 115 but I may push that to 110 depending on how I feel.
In the last year, I have started running again. I'm doing yoga, I'm changing my relationship with food and dealing with my latent addiction issues surrounding the way that I eat.
I feel better than I have in a very long time.
