More weight declines: time for some additional protein?


There is no doubt that these excessive Office Conference Calls are keeping me busy, ie away from the refrigerator 😂😂


Great WO this morning with high end reps, but lighter weight:
• DL 3x15
• Chest Press 3x15
• DB kneeling Hammer Curls 3x20

Metcon: 3 - 4 Rounds
• BB Press 10x
• 10/R Lunges
• 10 Cals Assault Bike
• Gorilla KB Rows 10/side

Cals Burned 750+
74.3 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
