A couple tips: Binge a short show, limit your snacks to about half a bowl or so, and lastly keep snacks out of site! I hope this helps! 😊

Also, drink loads of water, it keeps the hunger off!

Thanks Sunna! I’ll definitely try to keep that in mind. And try to stay positive and start fresh tomorrow!

Night time is my bane as well. In order to keep my calories AND night eating in check I've been eating my main meal of the day quite late (for me that's about 10pm but I don't go to bed until about 3...so do the math) and I fast during the day. I'm not a morning person so it's easy for me to push my first meal until after normal lunch time. And lots and lots of water keeps everything in order too.

I make it a my goal to brush my teeth when I’ve told myself I’m done eating for the night, this not only cleans my mouth😂 but it gives me a reason to keep food out of my face😁

Unfortunately with unnecessary habits, it’s a matter of white knuckling it. I have a sweet tooth and if I fall off the wagon, the habit starts again. After a week or two I don’t crave it anymore. It sucks to be tiny sometimes, because our calorie allowance for weight loss is small to begin with so it doesn’t leave much room for error. That being said, if I really crave something for a few days, I have it. I also allow myself a reasonable treat every Friday. (I really didn’t need that second piece of cheesecake this week however. Lol)

this helps for me! a good workout or even a paced walk or treadmill. then shower brush teeth. stops the binging and helps with sleeping at a decent time. win win!

Sometimes when I feel hungry late at night, I tell myself how I never feel hungry in the morning, and it will go away if I sleep.

I had that problem too. What I did to solve it what was brush my teeth and then sometimes watch ASMR mukbangs if I had a specific craving. It’s weird, but it felt like I had actually eaten what I was craving and it helped a ton!

I binge a lot lately so I can relate... For limitating my binge I watch a lot of asmr mukbangs and I give myself a "You can eat whatever you want" day every 3 weeks Hope it's gonna work for both of us! :)

I almost always have a little snack before bedtime. If I think that going without is going to jeopardize my weightloss decisions, then I will work something out. A little snack is better than falling into a binge. I usually just have a couple of crackers, but have on occasion had a nature valley sweet and salty granola bar. It is good and I go to sleep...and I didn't eat my pillow during the night.

are you restriction your eating too much during the day? That often leads to snacking and binging at night when youre feeling bored or tired.

Thanks for everyone’s suggestions! Did not expect so many caring people 😆

@Pirate10100 Yeah I think that’s the main reason. I try to have a perfect diet and then at dinner I get so hungry I kinda crash. So I’m trying to let myself go a little.
