Back and biceps. ❤️ and back into the 170's. Maybe I needed those high calorie days (maybe not that high) but I had been eating lower calorie than what I was supposed to and I think my body didn't like it. I also have a tendency to make things up. 😉

Give me peanut butter and graham crackers all the way!! Good gosh... Better than your poptarts any time, especially if you "pop" some chocolate chips on top. Super hard to stop at 2! 😁

Melissa- that was what got me to the 4000+ calories. Graham crackers and peanut butter, if there had been choc chips- would've hit 5000. lol

This isn't fair. Don't need anymore ideas. I can hot 4000 in peanut butter alone. Now u got me thinking about Graham crackers. Ugh. Those r brutal too.

DP - I have not been around for a few months. Did you notice ? LOL. I logged in today to check on you and a few others. As expected you are doing great and have not been derailed by all the shutdowns and social restrictions. You are such an inspiration for this group. A 4,000 calorie day during these times seems to be the norm and not the exception for many, me included. Mine generally includes lots of pasta, bread, cheese and wine with something sweet to top it off. Every day you get a chance to start over ! Stay safe !

I'm always surprised when I eat more than usual but my weight goes down. Whatever you're doing, it's working DP 😀
