Sacramento has been blessed with a weather forecast for mid 70's all through the next week and I am grateful for the sunshine and crisp mornings we are experiencing. Soon, we will most likely experience a lot of clouds, rain and several socked in foggy days. I am aware how weather effects the emotional body which makes it difficult to tune into the physical body. So. I ask my spiritual body to remember these words each and every moment as I go through my day " I am awake basking in the sunlight of my life" TOWANDA!!!!!!

Lisa, I love that song! Sounds like your weather is like ours. It is a beautiful Indian summer here! We could really use some rain though, as the fire threat is extremely high. We have had no rain since I cannot remember when! Hopefully this weekend....fingers crossed. Have a great day!

When Mr Coco and I were driving from San Fran to Seattle, we were just amazed by the fog rolling in from the ocean. I've never seen anything like it! It was spooky. That and the redwood forests absolutely blew me away. You are right about weather having such an emotional impact. It's been very bright and sunny but cool here, and I've been in such a great mood.
