Well I am so disgusted with myself. I got so made yesterday at only .2 loss that I said FUVK IT to the whole day and ate what I was not suppose to. Boston creme donut, a piece of breakfast pizza, cheese and crackers on the boat and I ordered a pizza when I got home and ate 4 pieces.

I couldn't control myself. I was just so mad for how hard I worked all week with food and exercise that to only lose .2 just put me over the edge. Then I see pictures of me on the boat trip and I think oh my god what are you doing? Well I don't know how much damage it did in one day but it's back to the drawing board today.
