Had an extreme couple cheat days in this last weekend, had a ton of sushi, chips, pop, candy, a whole lot of chunk, definitely ate well over 1500 calories, and drank alcohol too. The following Monday I was 5lbs heavier!! 2 days later I dropped it all! So happy that weight gain didn’t stay.
