I really recommend drinking a cup of lemon juice and water every morning. It has definitely helped with my weight loss this week. It tastes terribly disgusting and it took some grit to chug it, but the results are definitely worth it. Just juice half a lemon and drink it with a cup or two of water!

Does this really work? I usually drink a cup of green tea to boost metabolism. I know lemon eats at the fat, will it still work if I’ve already eaten breakfast?

It totally works! It’s supposed to help boost digestion, immunity, and it sure wakes you up! It’s better if you drink it before any food, but drinking it after won’t do any harm!
