Thanks everyone. Yes, Stef, I am still doing isometrics and am still sore, but it's a healthy sore, not an ache. My butt and thighs are especially sore. LOL! Maybe that means they needed them the most.

I agree on the decade thing. It seems to take forever these days to get from one 0 to the next!!! But I am ahnging in there. Jo, my butt and thighs are soooo sore, from of all things the kettlebell. All those opther exercises and the little 20 minutes of kettlebell (including warm up and cool down), is kickin' my butt!! lol
