OK, so if you had told me four months ago that sliced strawberries and cottage cheese was, like, the best desert in the world, I would have called you looney tunes! I just finished a bowl and I'm absolutely enraptured. My tastes have changed SO MUCH. (Obviously, I got to shop today. LOL!)

Ooooooh! Those all sound great too. So many foods, so little time. LOL. I love tomato in ANYTHING. My mother used to say they were fruit (which they are) and sprinkled them with sugar instead of salt when she ate them.

Johanne: my family did the same thing. When I got married and did that my husband thought I was NUTS! ;-)

Jo, I know people who do that with tomatoes, watermelon, and canteloupe! Personally, I just like to pick them up and eat them...with a LITTLE salt!

Stef, I'm with you . . . just a slight sprinkle of salt on all three.

I love it. The great thing is that as your tastes change to crave healthy food, your tastes also change, so junk food just makes you ill to look at it.
