Fasting blood sugar: 196 weight: 178, going the wrong direction again. Need to get more exercise in and less carbs. Working on IF again today. Watered the garden at 9 am. Breakfast at 10:30 Lunch at 1:45. Was not very hungry at lunch, couldn't eat all my pork chop so saved half of it for breakfast. Continued fasting rest of the day without feeling hungry. Walked 1.2 miles this evening -- no interesting animal sightings! Macros 11/77/12; 1099 calories; Fiber 7.1; net carbs 23.61
