Great start for the weekend. Partner knows how to push:


• Decided to use Plates on the Hand Release Push-ups - 25lbs!!
• Increased weight on the Landmine Squats - 175lbs
• Gorilla KB Rows - 40lbs

Overall, burned 800+ calories!
