WARNING!! Feeling too good about myself, with lots of work to go. Ate too much on the weekend (acceptable) but also ate too much last night. Did not need TWO hamburgers.. or the handful of potato chips.

Today will be a disciplined day (even though, oddly, I did weigh in a pound less).

In fairness, my son is home from University, but, still, I have to maintain a higher level of attention to what I eat if I don't want to be deterred from my sub-200 goal by Christmas.
