SO much has happened in the past 18 months, including the end of my 20 year marriage and subsquent realization of an(other) affair ...now mistress turned gf... and as a result of my stress / emotional eating I have gained back 28lbs of the 90 I lost . Nothing beats your self image to a pulp like a straying partner.
BUT today is a new day. I have a caring male friend in my life who thinks I'm awesome, my feelings are beginning to settle and the fog is lifting. I can get back on track before it's too late...well, it's never TOO late, but at least before I become "that girl" who put all her weight back on.
I am worth it, and being strong anf healthy was WAY better than how this feels!
