ugh - gained 2 lbs back... i dont know if it's just regular weight fluctuation or what. i have been recording very well and have showed a calorie deficit everyday so this is disappointing. i did eat more than my target ot 1500 on a couple days but with my activity fatsecret calculated i still had negative calories. man, i really have to step it up i guess and really not go over 1500 and i must start exercising more. regardless of numbers on the scale i am still feeling in better shape even though i have only lost about 7 pounds. i gotta focus on the positive and keep going strong.
