On Saturday, I weighed in at 180 up from 175 in a week. And I freaked out for a second and then talked myself down telling myself there is no way I ate an extra 17,500 calories in a week (sorry if my maths wrong) that is was a sodium problem. And I made a list of all the salty stuff I ate before(I had a string of three very bad health days) and calmed myself saying surely it had to be sodium. And it was. As of this morning down to 176. So in conclusion yay for not freaking out getting angry and binge eating which is what I would normally do in that situation.
