i have been feeling pretty well and have been keeping on track. i had a couple splurges (those damn ikea cinnamon buns!) but i haven't let it take control. the next day i got right back to it and avoided high calorie foods. sometimes after i eat healthy (low calorie) for several days/weeks i start to feel somewhat ravenous. i want/can eat all and everything. i have been keeping it in check. i know i have to allow myself some cheats or even a whole cheat day or i will go nuts. i have just been taking it day by day. i am down almost 10 pounds and it feels really good. i cant wait to hit 15 lbs lost, it will be the 25% mark to my goal. yay! i can do it. i also just got hired for 2 new jobs so that will be good - i definitely eat less when i am busy and have a schedule.
