Sick, sick, SICK! My nose is, literally, dripping like a faucet. I have white spots on my left tonsil. My head hurts. I'm starting to ache. It started last night. Needless to say, my exercise won't look good today, which is too bad. I weigh in tomorrow. I certainly won't have a problem with too many calories. I had to force down breakfast. I'm turning the phones off and going back to bed. (I had a flu shot a couple of weeks ago, so it must just be a nasty cold coming on. If the white spots are still there tomorrow, I will head to the Dr.'s.)
