I haven't been eating healthy, and it bugs me. I'm craving nutrition, but wait until I'm starving (too hungry) and then eat a big bag of chips. I have all of these dried and canned goods, and frozen fish/chicken - but I just haven't been bothered to cook and prepare. I'm owning it. I do have some fresh salmon and multigrain quinoa in the oven to last me a few days, so that's a start. I'm going to keep myself accountable by logging in my food choices this week. And my hips are sore from so much sitting. I get sore if I sit too much and I'm off work and I'm used to constant movement at work, so this is not sitting well with me. I just had a cleaning burst for 3 hours because I had to move, lol!!! But otherwise I'm on my laptop most of the day, and now zooming or teleconferencing, or doing online learning for my job. It's just the adjustment that's hard. I've gotta get my mojo on!! I hope everyone else is getting used to this new normal, we can do it!!!

Yay to salmon & quinoa dinner! Oh, I know that not eating, then too tired to cook so big bag of Doritos happens. I am getting back to planned & healthy meals again - making chili tomorrow! I also started dancing-walking in front of tv. Yes, we can do this!!!!
