Well my pancake and egg supper last night made my scale go up 0.2 pounds this morning. LOL But now am back on the diet so guess I have not done too badly with just this ONE higher calorie day.
Supposed to be record highs here in Arkansas today. Went outside and worked on the flower garden a bit. Worked up a sweat!
Still on STRICT LOCK DOWN for the virus thing...old folks do not need to get it. Unloaded the car from the shopping trip a few days ago and put most of it away.
Now watching CNN news about the spread of the virus. Glad I can stay at home.
