Have lost a couple of pounds in the last three days, but unfortunately I wake up with a pounding headache every day. In the past I thought it was due to "Atkins Flu" (because I was taking my carbs down to 25 net per day)....However this time around I decided to be a little more liberal and include 2 fruits per day and one yogurt....Still the headache. I have to wonder if I am losing salts because I went from drinking ZERO water per day up to 60-70 oz per day.
