I was successful with IT yesterday. Bulletproof coffee for Breakfast and supper. Tuna for lunch. Fasting glucose this morning was 229, weight 181.7 I was disappointed with both of those numbers after I had eaten so carefully yesterday. This afternoon though, my glucose was 140. Yay, I can still get it down to a decent number. Weight was 182.1 at 3:53 p.m., but that was fully dressed, so maybe not a gain. I am not feeling hungry! Tomorrow will reveal a true picture. Track meet for granddaughter this afternoon,so that will keep me away from the refrigerator. I'll take hot green tea along. Macros today:Fat 87/carbs 2/protein 11.
