Hope the Physio goes well I’ve been there pretty amazing people 👍 I’m ready for a treat/pamper so that’s on the cards after a few jobs then after the gym if it’s really cold in the evening I’m going to get in the hot tub at 40 degrees with something really nice in a glass and just chill! 😉

Busy...Working tomorrow as normal. I'm self employed and try to make sure I don't work weekends but I am working Saturday servicing my pals lads Mercedes because his lads in the navy and has got to be somewhere next week now even though I was supposed to be doing it Friday next week lol. Saturday night to Sunday morning who knows what time my son is running his first event with lots of djs at a venue and he wants his 54 year old Dad to attend. Sunday morning up at 7am and I have an hour and a half drive to a motorcycle trials event I am trying to win the clubman championship in followed by about 3 hours riding then drive back home cleaning up and prepare the bike for the next event. So Sunday evening might just relax before getting up at 7am Monday morning for work. Yep it's a busy one for me but to be honest it's nothing new. Hope you all have a Fab weekend.

I'm weighing myself, tomorrow, but I don't exercise due to ill health. last year I lost 12 kilos on low carb, I'm doing this by just purely sticking to counting the calories on my page.
just wanted to ask is this what everyone else does, counting cals ??? I'm just hoping it will work as sometimes I have quite a few points left and not sure if I'm loosing weight.

jo pacy, thank you. I actually have a walker myself, carnt get on it though :) I just hope I'm dong it correctly with the numbers on here, as low carb was macros and stuff and that threw me altogether. 😂

I find some of the nutrition is wrong on here so I double check it with the packaging and add new if wrong

It’s one of many ways mission. Once you see a difference start you will find a balance of calories to your goal. Personally I’d not recommend a huge drop from normal intake straight away so go bit by bit. Ensure you up water intake also helps me

Missioncontrol I think you will succeed. The main thing is you're recording a negative deficit in cals brunt against intake. Everyone is different activity levels. You are doing great.
