Thank you everyone! I made a lot of changes...no fast food, processed foods, no foods with added sugar and only eat healthy whole foods. I aim for between 1200-1400 calories a day but do have days I indulge a bit. I go to the gym everyday and spend a lot of time running in the treadmill. I am addicted to a healthy active lifestyle and I can’t see myself living any other way now ❤️
