Today I have plans to go to Hometown Buffet with my senior Mexican Train Dominoes group. Last time I did well with vegetables and meat. Tomorrow is weigh-in for TOPS and I fear I will show a weight gain this week. Last week I had a great loss and got the Winner of the week bag. If I can show even .2 loss this week I will be pleased. I know this post is all about me. Happy eating to all of you who are struggling with losing weight.
