Sometimes it seems life conspires to keep you from complying with diet intentions! Friday evening was eating out with eldest son and family. Saturday was a baby shower. I tried to eat carefully, but still too many snack calories. For supper I am drinking the half of a smoothie I froze from earlier in the week, with some cheese to add more fat to the meal. Macros turned out to be 67 fat/18 carb/15 protein. Sunday is a church dinner. I will try to eat carefully and skip supper! Definitely doing strict keto on Monday!
