how many cal do u eat a day

Roughly 1300 (some days less, some days more, but never more than 1700) . I do IF 18:6 or 16:8 most days or, like today, I had a very short fast (11 hours) because I really needed a latte in my life. I eat two big meals a day and a few snacks. My meals can range between 300-600 calories (I allow 800/900 for nacho days), snacks are things like yogurt, fruit, biltong, ham, salami, pickled onions, gherkins, cheese. I am learning to avoid bread like the plague. 1 slice is an almost immediate 1kg bloat the following day.

doesnt help you eat patatos

@TescaB? Why the comment? There is absolutely nothing wrong with Potato, it is an amazing food. Full of goodness. Nothing wrong with a tatty. Also. I don't eat them every day, or even every week for that matter. I'm not following keto or low carb and I have only eliminated foods that I have found slow my progress.

shereen that looks amazing! honestly ignore tescaB - potato is awesome and a better alternate to processed products 🌸

I agree Shay. I will always opt for the thing that needed less processing. Fruit over fruit juice, rice or tatty over bread. We are all following such individual eating plans on this app. There is no single right way.
