Thanks to everyone who sent suggestions on yesterday's journal. I will try roasted veggies, I haven't tried them. Today was a very exciting day. I got a chance to storytell with a good friend of mine. Storytelling always energizes me. I won't do any formal workout today. Be Well Everyone.
