Ok
So the old saying of eating like a king at breakfast/pauper at dinner.
Who actually does or maintains that? Only my meals, dinner is always larger and more packed than breakfast

My lunch is normally larger than my evening meal, only because I don't want to sleep on a full stomach. How's this week going? Also, stay hydrated very important. 💞

Hello thank you for reply 😁 I haven’t lost or gained. Been trying to do 2000 calories and average is about right. Feel down and weak but figure that’s adjusting. I don’t want to go to bed full in case I wake up harpooned 🐳

It’s your body going into change and adjusting to the new intake of food. That will pass and you will feel much happier. Harpooned hahaha none of us want that. I promise it will get easier. Hang in there. I'm always here. Xx

Don't forget the prince at lunchtime! I think that is a good strategy but I tend to eat my biggest meal in the evenings too. I like a good breakfast but always do fasted exercise first so my breakfast can be quite late. I usually feel down and weak for the first 2 weeks then quickly pick up and feel great thereafter.

Thank you Bubblegum. I managed to wake without being speared so that’s a bonus. Good day thank you. Hope you had a great one also 🤗

sometimes I'll skip breakfast and have an early dinner 12-1pm. I'm full all day after that

Hi Yasmine. How can you survive on so little! What sort of calories would that be?
30 Jan 20 by member: Wiggyjp
same. I eat a pretty heavy dinner because I do intermittent fasting and can only eat in a 6hr window

Hi! It's rare I do that, but I stay full for quite a long time. Usually its a large dinner, so it's quite calorific. And I can pack away a big plate! 😂

Sounds perfect Yasmine😋

Xynab sounds like fasting is working well. Does it tale much willpower

To be honest the first day is the hardest. It's really a mindset. I've also had a lot of fasting practice because I'm Muslim and we have to do one month in ramadhan (and that also means no water during the fastng period). To be quite honest, I feel this is def the easiest way to lose weight from all my years of dieting and trying all sorts of different diets. The best benefit is that your appetite is gradually reduced as well. You know you're not eating during certain hours so you don't even think of it it's def worth trying and it's honestly not too bad esp when you can drink coffee and green tea outside the fasting hours

I am not a morning person and, as such, never liked eating breakfast. My body is struggling to wake up. I now cut out lunch bc plastic sandwiches or mayonnaise ridden supermarket salads are not on. So, my fiancee and I enjoy a wonderful tea/dinner together. This also allows us to indulge and still remain well below our calories targets. Win-win 🤷‍♀️😂

I have to have breakfast within an hour of waking or the worst headaches and get dizzy i find small breakfast medium lunch and bigger tea is the way i do it but thats how i was raised. If i have a big breakfast i tend to skip lunch or if go out with mates for lunch i skip dinner maybe have a snack all depends on what works for you

Thank you. Yes that’s how I do it Anamarie. If I don’t eat at the traditional three meals a day I get headaches
