Lately I've been so much more hungry than in the past and have less self control in keeping it strict paleo. I definitely don't think it's a diet that can be sustained forever, but it is quite effective. It starts with a little piece if bread here, half a bun there... The calories pile up.
I've tried to atleast work out in some capacity though this week so hopefully that should counter some of the damage.
I need to try to stop eatting so much of the calories at night too which is the worst time.
Atleast the numbers going down on the scale... Slow and steady!!
